It was a great property in a great location. The online autopay was nice so you didn't have to send checks. Th Read Moreey did have some difficulty with the autopay initially but I think it has been worked out now. Damage deposit was sent to a non existent address. Had to call them on the check 3 times before they indicated they sent it to an invalid address. Had additional fees tacked on to rent on several occasions, when I questioned them, they reversed the fees because they couldn't explain them.

I found the apartment we had to be in average condition. That and the living room roof leaked alot. However, Read Morethey always fixed it pretty quickly.

When I first arrived at San Tropez I was thrilled. I enjoyed everything the property had to offer. Then they s Read Moretarted renting to a lot of college kids and raised my rent by 200.00 dollars a month. Unbelievable! My rent had never been late and I was a very good tenent. Very clean and quiet. I helped out my neighbors. All I talked to were very upset that the property had taken that turn in addition they had no handicap apts.

The place is very outdated in the apts for the price they charge.
The carpet was very poor condition when i
Read More moved in. When i moved out, they claimed there was dog urine on the carpet, ( i dont own a dog) Even though the carpet needed to be replaced, they stuck me with a chunk of the bill. Would not live here again. The bathroom tub was disgusting.. Completely stained and desperately needed to be resurfaced.
