The management is usually prompt with work requests. Unfortunately, they only have a 2 man team working for th Read Moree whole complex, which means your turnaround time gets delayed if anyone is on leave.

Amber Gardens was close to ASU. They kept it clean and it was fairly quiet. The maintenance responded fairly q Read Moreuickly to any issues that arose. They did, however, unfairly keep my security deposit. When I called to dispute this, they were rude and stopped responding.

Over the past couple years of living here my air conditioning unit has broken down several times and many time Read Mores it happened in the evening or at night so we had to wait until morning for someone to come. This meant many sleepless nights in a 95 degree apartment. Finally, when the a/c was "fixed" we received electricity bills for upwards of $300 (triple what they were the first summer we lived here!). The thing is, we knew something was wrong and had to keep waiting for them to properly fix it.
