Beautiful units, grounds are well maintained, always feel safe, quick responses to maintenance requests. The o Read Morenly things I would say I wish were improved were quicker responses to general inquiries to the office (e.g. questions regarding rent, renewals, etc.) and the pool temperature in the winter. We were promised it was heated during the winter months which was a big reason we moved here, but it is always way too cold to actually use in those months

Very noisy at night. Little to no parking after 5 pm. One resident takes up 4 to 5 parking spots with his mult Read Moreiple cars and never moves them. Office staff is great and the grounds are well kept

Generally this has been a very good place to live. Certainly some of the best value in the valley as far as ap Read Moreartments are concerned. Generally pet friendly, and generally a quiet place. A few residents like their loud vehicles but that's a minor inconvenience. And the pool has to be one of the nicest in the Valley!

The staff are some of the nicest I have ever known in my 20 years of apartment living. They are cordial, and s Read Moreuper responsive. They worked with us through our difficult challenges. The community is very friendly and never felt unsafe. I also like the diversity one finds on the property (age, race, gender, profession).
