I enjoy living here for the most part. The lack of gate around the back scares me when I come home at night, h Read Moreowever. Triangle shaped rooms are also weird and hard to decorate. great maintenance and friendly staff. Too expensive for something not that exceptional/unfurnished.

The apartment complex really needs better recycling. I've tried talking to the front desk about it but there i Read Moresn't much being done. There's only 1 recycling bin that is over flown every single time I use it and the trash is all over the ground. Since there is no recycling close to where the regular trash is, people throw boxes, glass and tons of other recyclables in the regular trash. If there was a recycling bin next to all the original dumpsters, it would really solve a huge problem.

The location and floorplans are great! Very expensive. One major, major downside is that the internet is b Read Moreuilt into the rent, and you cannot opt-out or pick a different provider. It is very slow, and sometimes doesn't work at all.

We were not satisfied with the manager and her response when we told her about the noise level coming from the Read More pool area in Building A. The pool is open until midnight and the maintenance guy opens it at 7am!! Unbelievable. The pool area should be a quiet one (rules are posted next to the whirlpool) and the pool should close at least at 11. Shortly after our complaint the Management of Grigio's organized a party that was so loud that I had to flee my apartment. Bad management? I guess so.
