It's too much money to live here when you have poor cosmetic upgrades plus broken washer and dryers. People ar Read Moree really load but that's kinda expected when you live in apartments

I would definitely recommend these apartments to singles or couples starting off on their own. I love the land Read Morescaping and the location first and foremost. It's located near a variety of stores and boasts serene lake views. The single-bedroom apartments are spacious, have plenty of storage space, and are well planed out. I wish the craftmanship on the apartment interiors could be better though ex carpeting, painting, kitchen shelving , but hopefully the upgraded apartments have these issues figured out.

If you've reached the age where you are annoyed with all-nighter college parties and finding beer cans in your Read More hallway, do not consider living here. I would like to say that its a select few individuals, but I'm finding its a vast majority of the building I am in. High prices to own pets here, on the upside no one seems to care to enforce the breed restrictions I think they are ridiculous, anyway . The remodeled apartments are nice but if you have a Classic style, don't expect the maintenance to make your issue a priority. I've seen the office staff rotate like a revolving door in the 6 months I've been here, but they are all quite pleasant. I will say the new lawn furnishings next to the lake are wonderful. The fishing is great. No bugs. Lastly - there was promise of a rooftop garden but I have yet to see any progress with them.

This place is a pit. The Models and staff are really nice - but the buildings are dirty and i do not feel the Read Morey are safe.

I reviewed you lease and carport charges and we did not increase the fee for your carport this year, the price was $25.00 and it remained the same rate. Yes, we did start a special on the carports but it was after you signed your lease renewal. We are offering a discount to any resident that would like to lease a second carport. there are far better apartments around the area. its smells of trash outside all the time. maintenance doesn't Read More fix things right.
