I got bed bugs from another nearby unit, was made late to work when my key was stuck in my apartment door a mo Read Morenth after the front desk said they would fix my lock, and was in the dark for a month and a half when they failed to fix the light in my kitchen. To top it all off, when I tried to pay them for my remaining balance, they failed to find my package containing their check in their OWN office and because of this, they wrongfully sent me to collections. To summarize: incompetent management.

This placed changed management every few months so if there was a problem the new management could feign ignor Read Moreance. They sent a collection agency after me to pay for damages done by their staff and only backed off after weeks of shoving work service reports and emails they had gotten rid of into their faces. They did not have my apartment ready on my move in date and instead asked if I could wait with all of my stuff for a few hours. All that had to be done was putting a fridge in the place.
