Nice apartment, little overpriced but in a good location. Could really work on their customer service skills Read More. Most of the leasing agents seem less than delighted to be here.

I've been a resident for over 2.5 years and since MEB has taken ownership, quality of tenants and property has Read More drastically dropped. I NEVER received a renewal notice and was 1 day late on my 60 day notice requirement (Arizona law does not require a notice to vacate, by the way). When I told the property manager that it makes sense to send new rates BEFORE I gave my notice to move out, she told me "they don't correlate". I have this recorded. *This is your property manager*? Nice representation.

The office staff is great, my repairs are ALWAYS completed on a timely basis, I love the location, especially Read Morehaving Trader Joe's next door. I will be here for quite a while...with the upgrades just made and the convenient shopping near by and the great office staff......I have no reason to go elsewhere....
