We moved out of Villatree 2 yrs ago because the Management company refused to do anything about the mold. The Read Moreupstairs bathroom had flooded our apartment bathroom. They cut a whole in the bathroom ceiling, had me put MY tiny fan in the room for a few days (during which it flooded again), & then sealed it up & painted. Within a month, we had black mold coming thru the paint on the walls in both bedrooms & the hall closet... they washed the wall & painted over it.

Things started out ok, But then there was a management change, and the response time for things being fixed w Read Moreent way down.
They started cutting down trees because they didn't want to have to clean the roofs, the sudden lack of shade made for a very hot summer.
The new management was also very rude, and didn't keep very good records, or even follow though with simple requests for emailing of information or returning of phone calls.
