While the neighborhood is safe, the building themselves are rather old and often in need of repair. The manag Read Moreement tries hard, but oftentimes details get lost or requests go unanswered.

The office staff is not really friendly. They seem to have an attitude when something is asked of them. The on Read Morely one who continues to be nice enough is the office manager. Also, maintenance men are always helpful.

The walls are very thin. I could hear everything in all the surrounding apartments. The complex is dated but f Read Moreairly well maintained. I rode the bus to the university and there was no sidewalk between the apartments and the bus stop, which was very frustrating.
