There is a feel of safety in the complex. As one who lives alone and spends a lot of time arriving home late t Read Morehis is very important. I have good neighbors. The complex stays clean and the employees are very sweet. This all adds to an overall feeling of well being.

Liked the apartment. Someone from the staff was charging my card with my knowledge for the money I owed to the Read More complex for over six months that I paid on my debt sold to collection agency is trying to charge me for the original bill I had and not what I had left to owe.

In the short time I lived at Canyon Creek I had to deal with police constantly coming around for a variety of Read Moremy neighbors for multiple reasons. My water heater began to leak and it took two weeks for them to address the issue and then expected me to pay for the new water heater AND to replace the carpet. I terminated my lease early and they would not allow me to handle any of the formalities of the ordeal until they forwarded it to a collections agency and made out as an unnecessary eviction.

The security is not very good. My car was broken into and my dog's create was stolen right off my patio.
