I have been living here for 3 years and only have positive things to say about Palm Shadows. The office staff Read Moreis always friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Maintenance concerns are always addressed in a timely manner.

I really love the staff here, they are always kind and friendly, and things get fixed very quickly. However, c Read Moreertain things that are included such as cable and internet don't function well -- the internet is very slow and recently when cable switched to digital, they did not get us new boxes. The cable company will not give us boxes because our names are not on the policy, so effectively there is no cable included :/

It's a perfect place if you don't have car and need to be close to UofA, even it's little expensive.

I have been at Palm Shadows for a few years now. As a student, it's a good place to live. It's within walking Read Moredistance to class, the library (at UMC), fast food chains, and bus stops. Most of the residents are students or families with young kids. Parking has never been an issue for me even during crowded times (i.e. start of semesters). I guess it's a bit on the pricey side for how old the building is, but you get internet, cable, sewage, and trash included. It's a good deal.
