The office staff is not at all on the same page. The first time they ever accepted a payment from my account, Read Morethey entered the account number wrong and now they are charging me $10 a month for using a money order due to their mistake. They're rude and only one person ever knows what's going on.

It was a good first-time apartment. The rent was reasonable, the neighborhood was generally safe (only a few i Read Moressues that I can recall), and it was within walking distance of a couple grocery stores and small restaurants. The pizza place nearby was fantastic! I would consider living there again.
