Maintenance is poor to non-existent. Kitchen appliances over 30 years old. Mold in many units. Water leaks thr Read Moreough walls. Management appears to be unwilling to make much needed structural repairs. Tennis court is too dangerous to play on - surface deteriorated with large sections of loose gravel on playing area. Swimming pool in need of cleaning and repair.

For the time that I've been here, almost 2 years, there have been several water shutdowns for various reasons Read Moreand only a few have been announced, I've had to call maintence on several problems for my apartment, and I've come to know some extremely rude neighbors. Our apartment wasn't even ready the day we were scheduled to move in. We had to adjust our schedule to theirs on that day. Why live here for 2 years and will for more? Because it's a safe, quiet place with okay management for the price.

we were on the ground floor and think the carpet was getting wet from underground water, it was always dank an Read Mored we finally left when the upstairs was leaking into our apartment. Also our nieghbor was loud and we told him and the office to be quiet but it never lasted more than a day before he was loud again. The gym was just a treadmill and the pool area was always dirty and loud people drinking there.
