Since the first of November, 2013 we have had to endure nightly visits from packs of Javelina. They are disru Read Moreptive and potentially dangerous. Despite numerous complaints and negative comments, management has done nothing to attempt to alleviate the problem. This is a gated community and one would not expect to have to put up with this type of nuisance for such a prolonged period of time.

The apartments are old and not well maintained. I called to report repairs and problems at least a couple time Read Mores a month; and I'm being conservative. Repairs were always done with half-measures; so that repeated calls were made on the same problems. I lived there for 3+ years and my ceiling leaked the entire time, even though I called many, many times about it. Maintenance would tell me it's fixed only to leak again during the next rain.
