The Springs was a great price for the square footage of the apartment. I really liked the location, near a var Read Moreiety of shopping centers while not sitting on a busy street. The complex was gated, well partially, which was comforting. What I didn't enjoy was my heating and AC unit. The AC unit was quite old and I saw the consequence in my electric bill. I would have also liked the apartment better if they had double-paned windows to help with heating and air costs.

Not a real bad place, but I had a corner apartment that was exposed to the afternoon sun. In Arizona the afte Read Morernoon sun is so hot in the summer that my AC could not keep up. Also, the top step leading up to my apartment was loose, the people that lived next door to me had kids that ran up and down the stairs all day and I was working nights. It was hard to sleep during the day with that top stair banging all day long. Also, there was very limited parking.

I was not happy living at The Spring. Too many kid's living at The Spring riding skate boards on the side wal Read Moreks with no one watching them. They would run into me as I was walking my service dog . This happen almost every day after school and on the weekends. I kept asking the office staff to do some thing about this. The staff tried to stop them from riding on the side walk but the kids kept doing it . I ended up moving because of it.
