The service provided is more than adequate. We especially enjoyed the treats and dinner offered on valentines Read More day. The overall cost for rent and water is excessive though.

1. Maintenance man is quick to respond to problems, repairs, etc. and is friendly, knowledgeable and very dedi Read Morecated to the residents. Feel very safe with him.
2. Our last Manager was very good at keeping order in the complex, bringing in residents who were neighborly, creating socials once a month, creating a quiet atmosphere at night, with NO parities, so we feel safe.
3. Apartment could use some up-dating, e.g. solar systems, new counters & cupboards that are more standarded in size.
