Great location, across from Aliso Town Center. Despite management, its a great place to live. They are very ni Read Morece, when you tour the grounds or are a future tenant, but Good Luck if you have a complaint. They are dismissive. Maintenance on the other hand, acts quickly with most requests and they are very cordial. Parking is hard to find specifically on the weekends. If you have a guest over they must obtain a Visitor pass during business hours or park on the street. Need to do more garage inspect

Rent increases dramatically every year. The apartment is wonderful, large and in a great location, but I've b Read Moreeen there for a long time, and a lot of the things inside are starting to feel particularly cheap, given the price we pay and how much everything increases year to year. Slightly lower increases, a slightly lower price, or nicer features (cabinets, shelves, banisters, etc) might make it feel like a perfect value.

I know that St. Moritz Resorts has a noise policy but it's not being followed by our neighbors. My downstairs Read Moreneighbor slams the door early in the morning, after hours. Upstairs or downstairs neighbor are fighting in the middle of the night, cursing one another. Loud music plays late nights. I have complaint once to the management team, it got better but it's consistent with different neighbors. I hope the same policy gets reinforced or a new strict policy can be implemented.

The leasing staff has been very unorganized. In our leasing package they forgot to give us a parking pass tha Read Moret resulted in our car being towed shortly after we moved in. What was worse was the way they handled the incident attempting to blame us for not asking for the pass because it was somehow mentioned in the massive-multi-page lease nor was any assistance offered to help retrieve the car once the towing company agreed to wave the fee. Now, shortly after moving in, there are legacy stains
