Our home is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the barbeque area is convenient.

The daily noise from the landscapers was overwhelming and unnecessary. They would start at 7am. We complained Read Moreabout a neighbors dogs relentless barking from morning until evening, even sent video to the front office of the dogs constant barking and absolutely nothing changed. They wouldn't enforce the no smoking or bbqing on the patios so you had to endure the smoke go right into your bedroom. You went in signing a lease stating rules and no one followed them.

The staff in the leasing office is friendly and great. Always takes care of everything quickly. Only reason wh Read Morey this is a Good rating and not Excellent is because of the management company, AMC. My balcony and living room faces an entry way to another building. I had a bamboo screen that provided some privacy from the hallway. I was asked to remove it because the management company wanted balconies to look uniform. I would like to use my balcony as I see fit.
