my main issue with Del Amo is maintenance of things in my apartment. i have been there over 4 years, and had Read Morethem in to fix thelarge burner on my stove too many times to count, and it still doesn't work. i am sick of asking them to fix it so i do without. my tub is peeling, and when i asked the cost of having the whole thing reglazed, i was informed that my file stated i just had it reglazed a year ago; this is untru, they glazed a 8" x 4" section only. you have not given me ample space to answ

I would have rater it higher, but there were too many families with maximum occupancy resulting in too many te Read Moreenagers hanging around in front of our apartment. There was too much commotion and noise as a result. Parking was limited, and second cars had a paid waiting list. Otherwise, it was good for the price.

Present Manager begin 3/11. I was harassed 12/10-8/11 after complaining bout the kid above me in unit 86, & ki Read Moreds in 43,78 & 81. I wrote letters to management (4-5). On 5/9/11 I was attached by 5 members of 1 family living in unit 77 & 78. 17 year old slammed head into a tree. After being check out by a Doctor. Manager treated me like I was a problem, A notice to vacate was posted on my door on 6/28/11. On 8/9/11 I rec'd a letter to sign releasing WNPM of all claims of injuries. 8/12/11 Evicted.
