Over all the apartment complex is nice and clean but, the parking is terrible. There is no where for visitors Read Moreto park. People wait at the entrance gate in line for someone to come so they can drive into the complex. Also I share a garage and some of the tenants have the recyclable cans and bottles, etc. stack in the garage. Many times the person garage door next to mind is left open and my car get all the dirt from driveway. When the trees are cut down the branches, pine,etc. are left.

We love our apartment, the only down side is our top neighbor whom has seven people living there. It is a two Read Morebedroom apartment, with four adults, two teenage boys and a toddler little girl. The noise has become unbearable. We have emailed management and supervisor, Mark. Nothing has been done to fix the situation. We are aware of normal noise coming from upstairs, but this is too much. There is just too many people living upstairs, nothing has been done.

I went to the office 3 months before my lease was up to discuss rent increase. I was told rent would increase Read More about 20 to 25 dollars. Close to 6 months later I received a 180 dollar increase. I would not recommend anyone to move here.

The gates and door handles on the gates separating the outside from the apartments are constantly broken and h Read Moreave not been fixed in my one year of living here. The parking situation is terrible and the there is a constant roach problem. The actual apartments are nice but not worth the huge price tag. Maintenance also takes forever to take care of any of the issues brought up. A problem that was brought up on the first day of moving in was never solved.

Parking has become an issue. Especially lately for us. In the month of July, the leasing office has been cal Read Moreled too many times about unauthorized cars parked in our assigned spot. It has been frustrating to deal with.
