From the day we moved in there were signs of dead roaches. We thought nothing of it, but then live roaches beg Read Morean appearing multiple times a day. We contacted management and they have pest inspectors coming out, but this will not fix the issue with the neighbor(s) being unclean.

I have lived in more expensive and severely less expensive housing. This is the right price range for what we' Read Morere experiencing. What would make it excellent is if the apartments had central air, but that's not a huge deal.

Although the aesthetics of the property are very nice, unfortunately there still are roaches from time to time Read More. Also, the issues that brings this location down is more on the tenants chosen/approved to move-in. It is clear some do not care or respect where they live or that this is others home. It has caused me to consider moving from here.

The apartment surrounding was very we'll maintain. I received proper notices about water shut up offs due to Read Moremaintenance. The staff are very friendly & helpful.
