Certified Resident

To be honest, this place isn't the worst place to live in the world. Sure it borders the extreme ghetto but th Read Moree grounds are at least kept up for the most part (where there isn't mud that's watered every evening). I think the worst part is the management company seems too darn cheap to update anything. Accept the fact that you will have super high SMUD bills in the summer and winter trying to keep your apartment warm because the windows are all single pane and not various weather friendly.
