Rent is to expensive for the area. Especially because James Donlon is a very busy street, similar to living ne Read Morext to a freeway. Rent amount should accomodate being on the very nosey road.

I do not appreciate the fact that my rent was raised due to trends changing. I don't think I should be paying Read Moreas much as I am for a 2 bedroom apartment.
