Job Description:

Must live on premises and clear a criminal background check. The available unit is 5030 Valley East #A, Arcata, CA. Current resident would be allowed to stay in their same apartment. The compensation is a credit of $365.00 per month off the rent of $675.00. The OSRM is expected to work 8 hours per week to receive this credit. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The Landlord pays for water, sewer and garbage. One assigned parking space. Pets are not allowed. No smoking.
