Just moved in the building and it has been an absolutely amazing experience from the beginning. The staff at Read More the leasing office have been absolutely exceptional! So professional/knowledge and prompt with all of my needs. They are always available and warm welcoming. The building is gorgeous and I'm very thankful to be able to call Parker Berkeley Apartments my new home. You could never go wrong leasing here. Very quiet and brand spamming new. Location is awesome. Safe and easy to get to almost everywhere you need to go. An abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything you need is here. And the staff... absolutely amazing group of people. Thank you Parker Berkeley!

I think it's too soon to provide a comprehensive review of the community. Being a new building, I feel openin Read Moreg was pre-mature and this community should not have been opened to the public until construction was final and a full team staffed the front office. Most importantly, I find some so-called 'amenities' to be tools to collect additional revenue. Specifically, the delivery service that residents are forced into is a large problem and was falsely advertised. This locker system should be optional and, if the front office cannot manage to sign packages and store in a storage room until a tenant can retrieve the item they paid for, then this community is not prepared for tenants. There is a sense of nickel & dining residents and the building is less than 6 months old. Lastly, there is a perception based on communications from the property management that they are more interested in planning social gatherings than actually managing this community. Fire alarm testing was not announced to residents and that has happened 4 times since moving in.

Great floor plan and open layout, modern and clean. The rooms are on the larger side compared to the other ap Read Moreartments we have toured. We have both views of the Berkeley hills and san Francisco, very beautiful. I work from home so the co-working lounge is a perfect amenity and a rare find in Berkeley.
