The location is the best part about living here. The water is shut off way more often than seems reasonable. A Read Morend the noise from the pool pump next door makes it unbearable to open our windows between 8:30am and 8:30pm.

This place was great until the previous manager left. She worked very hard to make the complex a great communi Read Morety and really took feedback to heart. Without her, the complex seems more like a money-machine for the management. I've noticed more and more older folks moving out because of raised prices (even when they've lived here for 20 years) and younger, rowdier people moving in. I understand that businesses must earn money, but I miss when everyone seemed respectful of others here.

Clean, attractive, well maintained grounds. Very friendly maintenance staff. Quiet environment, nice neighbor Read Mores. I like the recent upgrades to unit. Always easy to park.
