its quiet which I like. the only thing that bugs me is the roach issue they have and the parking issue on the Read Moreupper level.

PROS: Beautiful landscaping, staff is great - friendly and responsive in a timely manner, units are large spac Read Moree-wise as its an older place, rent price is reasonable, allows animals, family friendly, ability to pay rent online is great!. CONS: Guest parking a nightmare and practically non-existent. Property Management should keep all guest parking for true guests and not let residents park there. The PM should issue parking stickers for residents who contact the office and request guest parking for 1 - 3 days, and otherwise tow those residents who use it as their extended parking, which happens all the time. Due to the older construction, sound barrier is very poor when the upstairs neighbors walk or have loud music / tv playing. Also, sound proofing around the doors is not great as you can hear conversations from someone standing 15 - 20 feet away when the front door is closed. Some neighbors let their dogs bark all the time and do nothing to stop or quiet the dog. If these cons don t bother certain people, then I would recommend this place.
