Some of the common areas such as walkways and BBQ areas are not maintained regularly. Residents on Pine side s Read Morehould be offered a bi-weekly wash down of their railing and doors due to accumulation of dust from cow farm. A weekly pesticide would be great for the flies or even an offer of screen doors. Parking is very bad for guests. With the amount of units residents should not be hounded about parking not in their control.
