Overall, outside community is good (pool, gym, tennis courts) however, if you have active kids this may not be Read More a good fit. Management is very strict, doesn't allow kids to ride on sidewalks with anything that has wheels, grass is constantly maintained so kids are restricted from playing on grass for 6 wks at a time, and playground is small. Janitorial staff is great! Some apt's have washer/dryer which is convenient. Many residents had car broken into, and no assigned parking (1st come 1st serve)

It was a very safe feeling community. Beautifully landscaped. But, near the end of my lease I ran into some Read Morefinancial issues and the manager found a new tenant so she released me and I moved out, then the new people backed out and then about 2 month later I receive A letter that I'm being charged for breaking my lease. To date I still cannot rent another apartment
