The friendliness of the staff needs improvement. Should be a better system for being locked out - paying $50 t Read Moreo have onsite management let you in seems a big expensive. Parking was ridiculous. 40% of the time, someone was parked in my spot and management would not help w/ towing. Upon move out, I was charged a ludicris amount for carpet cleaning when I had a professional come prior to. They charged for 10 hours of painting - no way it took that long. Water/garbage charges were too expensive.

      When my lease was up they sent me a later stating I could sign a new lease without a raise in the rent,,,$950. Read More00. New people were signing leases for $795.00. I asked for that rate but they refused so I moved out.

      i lived there for two and a half years. The parking at the time was adiquate at the time but since I moved out Read More, they have been working on the two story parking lot, which would have been below the unit I rented, for over eighteem months.
