Too many spiders in the apt due to low overhanging trees on the patio. The grounds were not well maintained.

I was really looking forward to a long term residence when I moved to Parcwood Apt's, however yearly increases Read More in the rent priced me out. Rent on a one bedroom apartment increased from $854.00 in December 2009 to $1069.00 in April 2013 (approx 25% in a little over 3 years), and the cost of utilities also increased. Mgmt was totally unsympathetic to the hardship the rent increases caused me. I did not feel my excellent and unblemished tenancy made one bit of difference.

The office staff is friendly but lots of issues with maintenance. They are constantly in your apartment doing Read Moreinspections and no warning when water is shut off for maintenance reasons in your building. They constantly "losing" maintenance requests we have to call in te same problem 3-4 times before they come fix it.
