Staff was very rude and unfriendly. Corporate atmosphere and strict policies. They also have a housing deal wi Read Moreth a performing arts collage that is located down the street so 8 months out of the year its like a frat party around the property.

I gave it a fair rating because the gates are always broken, you have to pay for a reserved parking space, and Read More sometimes there seem to be too much noise after quiet hours.
