      My husband, daughter, and I love living in this apartment complex. We enjoy the Lifestyle Lounge, the gym, th Read Moree neighbors, and friendly staff. It is a convenient location to the Larkspur Ferry Terminal. Our daughter attend the Reed Union School District, a top tier public school. Initially, we had hoped to be in the apartment unit with the bay view (#425), but were discouraged from renting that particular unit since it was a model apartment that would need to be cleaned out immediately, among other reasons, so we opted for the Dipsea unit.

      If you want to rent an apartment for money, then this is the place for you. They provide the apartment, well f Read Moreitted out, nice views, nice facilities. However, do not fall for any of the marketing speak about building a community etc. big on sales but once you move in the relationship changes to one of master and the dog. Apart from the maintenance team who are fantastic the management staff do not follow up your requests and do not care about any issue you have.
