I like most of my neighbors and love the actual neighborhood. I would prefer to live in a gated community cons Read Moreidering the price of rent. I also do not have a private back patio. The landscaping is mostly modern and chic but then there are some random shrubs here and there. The building is beautiful but then they painted stripes on the outside making it look a little like a circus tent. Maintenance staff is on it. They are great.

Since the acquisition by the new management company, rental rates have increased and yet the size and the inte Read Morerior of my apartment haven't changed at all. It's very fashionable [and supposedly healthier] to have a smoke-free property, however there's no designated smoking area in this complex which is unacceptable. It would be the same as asking people not to drink alcohol in their apartment or in the entire property. What happens to our freedom?

Absolutely love the location and appearance of the property! I feel proud calling Eastside Apartments home. Th Read Moree layout of space is excellent, all amenities are easily accessible. The only thing I don't like is that some tenants seem to be living under a different set of rules. I appreciate the rules and understand their importance. Some of my observations include smoking on patios and trash by the door. Our complex is small and smoke travels - right into our apartments!!

Everything is great except for screaming children, ages 1-3. There is no fix for that, I understand. Other the Read Moren that I am very pleased.
