Water is turned off at least once a month sometimes twice for stated repairs. I personally have had 3 sewer li Read Morene problems while i've been a resident. The staff works hard but it's an old complex. I wonder if the conversion to in-apt washer and dryers will complicate already existing problems. The pool area has an seasonal duck problem making pool area unusable. On the positive side the complex is quiet and close to schools and shopping and freeways...Also pet friendly.
