Few items affected my rating. 1) Very few trash rooms make it a long walk to throw trash. Would love to see m Read Moreore rooms added. 2) Water force and volume in the showers not upto mark despite maintenance. 3) Lighting insufficient in bedrooms and main living 4) Apartment floor was not cleaned properly at move-in. Did not bother complaining about this. Other than that our move-in was great and the leasing staff were excellent.

property is decently maintained, however the access to amenities has been made much more difficult to access, Read More24Hr office, club room access, and parcel concierge was one the main reasons to us living here, but since we moved in here, we witnessed dramatic rent increase, amenity access stripped away, those services that were included in rent now become extra charges. not planning to renew next year lease.

Housing in the valley is difficult, and after looking around and being disappointed with the state of rentals Read Morein the area with smelly poorly maintained units I was happy to move into a newly built modern apartment. The building is lacking in soundproofing, so expect to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. Other than that it's been good.
