The apartments have great features for the price. I really appreciate the in unit washer dryers, dish washers, Read More and spacious layouts. I love that the community is quiet and feels very safe.

The apartment is great! It's clean and comfortable and everything functions properly! Any service requests a Read Morere taken care of in a timely matter and everyone is super friendly and helpful! Overall, the staff and community are great!

While I lived at Greystone for over four years with relative comfort, the management consistently provided ins Read Moreufficient warning for maintenance and painting events during the duration of my stay. In addition, when our new upstairs neighbors were causing noise problems from 10pm through 3am or later directly above the bedroom, the management was unwilling or unable to escalate beyond email warnings, and as a result I was eventually forced to move out at significant personal expense.

The overall complex is very clean and nice, and the area is safe, but most of the appliances in the apartment Read Morecould use an upgrade. There also seems to be constant issues with anything water-related. However, maintenance has been consistently prompt in dealing with any issues.

The living environment is good, and although it's not near school, the shuttle works very well!
