I like that residents are taken care of whenever any issues arise with anything that needs fixing, etc, staff Read Moreare friendly, and I like that residents who are loud/rowdy/not following the rules are adviced to change or move out. Having said that, I don't like it when the management leaves hasty almost threatening notes on the doors. For example, if one forgets to renew lease a gentle reminder such as please renew your lease and not, "do so or we will have new tenants in your apartment".

It's overpriced, particularly since everything is electric. Fridge works but sounds like a rocket ship. Buildi Read Moreng is run down. New mulch is great but placed only on the pathway to the model apartment, which is lame. Raised rent way too much. Double the inflation rate and totally unjustified. Feel manipulated. Good people, bad business.

I realize the property market fluctuates, but I am disappointed that my rent will be raised this year. I lived Read More in my previous appartments for 3 years and the rent was never changed. It is always stressful when deciding to stay or move at the end of a lease and I don't like the pressure to sign early because "other people are looking to move in"

The staff here is very helpful, especially the maintenance lady. Area is kept clean and safe. Love having Nu Read Moregget nearby.

The constant notices about arbitrary rules such as the minimum number of plants one may have on their balcony Read Moreare absurd. I have a very nice collection of potted plants in beautiful ceramic pots and I do not intend to get rid of them just because of some souless corporate policy. Further, I just received a notice saying that one of my patio shelves is no longer considered "outdoor furniture!" Why was it considered appropriate for the past 3 years and now has magically changed taxonomy???????
