The management is very poor and the conditions of the units are not well maintained. The time it takes for yo Read Moreur needs to be addressed are not taken seriously. It is not kid friendly or family friendly for that matter.

No management on property. Section 8 people make up most of the residents. Cockroach problems. Wild kids runn Read Moreing crazy all day and late at night. Complete nightmare.

Apartment complex is well kept, there is security around the clock, maintenance issues addressed quickly. Frie Read Morendly neighbors, convenient to stores and freeways. Schools are a little far for kids to walk, only four visitor parks, and one handicap parking.

They keep the property clean, I feel safe there. The mgmt takes care of problems right away. Glad I rented the Read Morere. I moved in before apt was fully cleaned up.
