I have always been treated very well. I love the landscape, the condition of my apartment, the office staff, Read Moremaintenance is done timely, and overall love the look of the community. The only reservation is parking lot security. My car was vandalized once and I wish that I felt more secure.

There aren't enough parking spaces for guests. The fountains are frequently out and the mail rooms are very di Read Morerty - the washers have been moved out and they have not been cleaned. The back part if the property also is mostly dirt. It needs attention. Finally, the olive tree are a mess. The buds could be knocked off before the fruit comes and it would eliminate the mess that ruins the carpet.

I am sorry that you have had issues with the parking. We stive to keep the parking lot free of unregistered and non operable vehicles but please feel free to call the leasing office or our courtesy patrol if needed. The old laundry rooms will be undergoing some amazing renovations next year, so stay tuned for that! We will also be doing a full landscape renovation in the back of the property sometime in 2014.
