Everything here is fine except the swimming pool. It is not heated. The water is rarely warm enough to swim in Read More it. There were only a few days during the hottest point in the summer that the water was warm enough. When having a swimming pool is a selling point of your facility, the tenants deserve to be able to use it more often.
