Leasing Terms

The rental rates listed above are based on immediate move-in and a 6-12 month lease term. Shorter lease terms and flexible move-in dates are available, but pricing will vary. Prices are subject to change at any time. Please contact the leasing office for more details. Application fee $35/per adult. Security deposits: 1 bedrooms $400, 2 bedrooms $500.

Pet Deposits:
- $500 for up to two cats
- $600 for one dog
- $850 for one dog, one cat
- $1000 for two dogs

Pet Rent:
-Cats: $25 a month pet rent per cat
-Dogs: $50 a month pet rent per dog

Creekside Village Apartments accepts up to two pets per apartment. Dogs are restricted by breed and Shea Apartment Communities does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Shar Pei, Terrier (Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier) or Wolf Dog.

Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments.

It's a well kept apartment complex, but it's not as if I expect anything less from the amount I pay. It meets Read Moreexpectations.

Wish there were 15 month leases again when rents go up. $130 a year rent increases are getting a little too mu Read Morech. Would hope for increases of at least $50 or less if any rent increases, over $100 is just too much.

The office staff are so ridiculous that they send collection agencies to collect items due two weeks after the Read Morey deposit and cash the Money due. When we call to enquire, all they do is apologize and blame a system error.. Horrible customer service.
The entire office staff/system is messing things up.
