Overall, the only good part of staying at Piccadilly was the having a roof over my head. Management was absolu Read Moretely horrible and unprofessional. Things would break or need to get fixed and it took forever for them to fix it. The security deposit was NOT REFUNDED. They charged a rediculous amout for carpet cleaning and wall paint that took up the whole deposit AND I even left them my refrigerator and still, not even a measly $20 for it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
