Services are not being done properly. Office staffs are not so polite and amenities are too high now e days. Read More They are charging 1300 for single bedroom apartment. which is too costly !!

Been with them for 2.5 years Pros: - Near to 50 E/W exits. - Community in and around is decent. - Calm ne Read Moreighborhood - Apartment interiors are good Cons: - No grocery store nearby With change to management, unlike before: - Observing poor maintenance (Huge cobwebs at the building entrance, mushrooms growing around) - Packages going to the leasing office are not being informed unlike before - increase in rents - Management can be more receiving and friendly

Cobble Oaks is extremely overpriced. They claim they offer luxury on their web site and thus overpriced apartm Read Moreents. Our apartment had nothing luxurious to it. In fact, when we moved in, the carpet was old and full of dog hair. The kitchen appliances were old and the kitchen in general was outdated. The washing machine had to be replaced within our first year. The storage unit attached to the balcony was leaking water whenever it rained.
