Huntington Beach, CA
Overview of Huntington Beach
Huntington Beach receives 11 million visitors every year, and because the city showcases the most consistent waves on the West Coast, across 8.5 miles of uninterrupted beaches, it's easy to see why the city is internationally known as Surf City USA. This Orange County city features numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation, and a trail used for biking, inline skating, jogging and walking along the scenic ocean is stretches throughout 8 miles of the coast.
Because the city is centrally located within Orange County, it's easy to use Huntington Beach apartments for rent as a starting point for exploring famous attractions such as the Long Beach Aquarium, the Orange County Performing Arts Center and Repertory Theater and Disney Resorts. In spite of the influx of tourists, Huntington Beach locals maintain a mellow California beach culture that is a defining characteristic of the Southern California lifestyle.

The dry climate of Huntington Beach is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts; however, unpredictable rainfall has contributed to water shortages that are a concern for residents throughout the state.
