The leasing staff were very helpful. For the size of the complex, it is surprisingly quiet at all hours. Excel Read Morelent amenities feels like living at a resort. It is close to freeway access and close to my work. The central parking structure keeps all cars out of sight - no unsightly carports. The monthly lease is reasonable for what you get, but possibly a little more expensive than other area apartment complexes, and so tends to attract young professionals and less small children.

The complex and the apartment itself are both real nice. The leasing staff is generally very nice & friendly. Read MoreHowever, we feel that we can never go on our patio because of the lack of privacy and we can't keep our windows/doors open because of the constant noise in our area. The fire alarms drive us crazy and our smoke detector needs someone to replace it every 3 months. They claim its the battery but it isn't.We replace them all the time but the noise is almost always when I'm trying to sleep.

The only complaint I have about MSV would be living on the 4th floor where my assigned parking spot is, can be Read More a major inconvenience. If I have to stop by my place for 5 minutes and be back on the road again I don't want to drive to the 4th just to drive back down. I wish there were designated 15-30min parking spots in the 1st floor of parking ramp.

Just about everything here at MSV is excellent, most of all the staff. However, the recent changes in rent usi Read Moreng an algorithm-based software to determine rates has made it less desirable to keep living here. There should be more flexibility in rent and in general rates have gotten way too high.

There are issues with parking. People speed way too much. Also, my rent went up 11% in my new lease. That i Read Mores too much after one year. I will definitely consider moving next time.
