For the most part its quiet and clean. There isn't too much traffic around. It only gets busy when Saddleback Read More church has services on sunday. The maintenance is pretty prompt. The plumbing in my opinion is old, because I have had 2 slab leaks, one leak in the wall, and my kitchen sink backs up at least once a year. But maintenance gets right on it.

The complex is rather old. Apartments are very simple. No upgrade for long term tenants with a constant signif Read Moreicant raise of rent payment. There are ants and other bugs inside the apartments, especially in bathrooms and kitchens.

It's cool that all utilities except electricity is included. However most appliances and other aspects are old Read More. Flee, spider, ant, and caterpillar infestation. Withe the woodsy type area that surrounds our community there isn't alot done by the apartment complex to take care of these problems. Also maintenance fixes the issues you report but tend to leave a bit of a mess behind, or damage other things in the process.
