I enjoy the facility overall. The BBQs barely work. There seems to be inconsistency over rule enforcement amo Read Moreng tenants. Most maintenance reqs are handled in a timely manner, but I experienced a month in the heat of summer where my AC unit was essentially not functioning. Multiple attempts were made to correct; being a troubleshooter myself, I understand that its ultimately a process of elimination. However, the communication was very poor throughout the process. My apt was simply miserable.

I've always had prompt service and notification for work done prior to maintenance people coming into our unit Read More. Also it's very quiet and that's one thing I admire most is a quiet peaceful atmosphere.
