Living in Lincoln, CA
Founded in 1859 after American railroad engineer Theodore Judah proposed the land to be part of the California Railroad System. The railroad system in the area was a major hub for those traveling through the area; however, over time investors drove business up to Yuba County, and Lincoln became a sleepy town. It wasn't until the mid-1900s when suburban developments in Sacramento increased and Lincoln emerged back on the map. According to Census data, the population of Lincoln climbed from 11,200 in 2000 to 42,800 by 2010, making it the fastest-growing community in the United States over the past decade.

Wine lovers are a short distance away from 216 of the country's most loved vineyards within the Sacramento wine region, which also offer unique and fun events throughout the year.
