The Gatsby Apartments Overview

Historic building located just two blocks from the beach in the heart of the East Village section of downtown Long Beach. We recently completed a major restoration project bringing all 36 units to their original turn-of-century style. Our twenty-nine studio and six one bedroom units have restored hardwood floors and wood trim and many have bay windows. Antique rococo style steam radiators warm each unit and 1920Aca,a,,cs pedestal sinks, original claw foot tubs, and period black and white hexagon tiles highlight our baths. All kitchens are equipped with four burner gas stoves, an oven, and have plentiful counter space.
